A Note on Monika Reynolds' Departure from Our Clinic

Dear patients,

After years of dedicated service to our patients and community, Monika Reynolds, ARNP, will be stepping away from her role at Mt Shuksan Family Medicine at the end of this month.

Monika has been an integral part of our clinic family, and we are deeply grateful for the compassion and care she has brought to each patient relationship. She is stepping back to spend more time with her family and to complete her Psychiatric NP training, and we wish her every joy in this next chapter.

Our team remains fully committed to your care, and Monika is working closely with them to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for all of her patients.
